1. Who we are and who can use the service
DeenCreate is operated by AJ Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of deencreate.com and its web-based creation tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact support@deencreate.com with questions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use DeenCreate for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Keep your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Our tools and AI-assisted content
DeenCreate provides Quran captioning and translations, recitation-video creation, AI-assisted Islamic story videos, and video-editing and export tools. Features depend on the selected tool, supported formats, and available processing capacity.
Story creation includes a draft-script review and approval step before rendering. You are responsible for checking scripts, source notes, captions, translations, timing, and outputs before publishing. AI can make errors, including incorrect references and historical claims. Illustrative AI visuals are not historical evidence. Outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, or independently reviewed by a scholar, and are not authoritative religious advice.
3. Subscriptions and generation credits
Plan prices, included credits, and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval unless canceled before renewal. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount are shown at checkout. We will disclose material pricing changes before they apply to a future renewal.
Monthly plans receive their allowance after each successful monthly payment. Annual plans receive the full annual allowance upfront after successful payment, not in monthly installments. New accounts receive no free generation credits. Additional credit packs are available only to active paid subscribers.
Credits pay for processing within DeenCreate; usage depends on the feature, duration, and settings. Review the displayed credit estimate before submitting a job. Credits are account-bound, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. A credit purchase is not a deposit or financial account. Refund adjustments are described in our refund policy.
The payment provider or merchant of record identified at checkout handles the payment under its applicable buyer terms. If a purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record for that transaction. Availability of a payment provider is not a promise that checkout is currently enabled.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from your account, or contact support if you cannot access it. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund a previous payment. Paid subscription access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid period unless the purchase is refunded or access is suspended for a valid reason.
Refund requests, billing mistakes, and failed processing are handled under our refund policy and any applicable merchant-of-record terms. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
5. Your content and permitted use
You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant us permission to host, copy, process, transmit to necessary service providers, and display that content as needed to operate the tools you request, secure the service, and provide support. This is not a transfer of ownership.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded videos, voices, images, and other material. Third-party footage, recordings, fonts, translations, and generated content may have separate license restrictions. We do not grant rights we do not hold or guarantee that every output is eligible for copyright protection. Review applicable rights before commercial use.
Do not use the service for illegal content, infringement, deceptive impersonation, sexual exploitation, harassment, hateful or violent abuse, or misleading claims that synthetic content is authentic evidence. Do not bypass payment or security controls, share or resell account access without permission, or disrupt the service.
6. Availability, storage, and account restrictions
Processing times vary, and jobs may fail or require correction. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. Save copies of important source files and exports; DeenCreate is not a permanent archival service, and temporary media can be removed as part of storage management.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or material breaches of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact support. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Responsibility and disputes
We will provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that AI outputs are error-free or suitable for every purpose and are not responsible for losses caused by your unlawful use or unreviewed publication of outputs. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Please contact support@deencreate.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using the courts, regulators, or consumer remedies available under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory rights.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and obtain consent where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights.
