1. Operator and scope
AJ Labs Ltd operates DeenCreate and is responsible for the personal information processed to provide this website and its tools. Contact support@deencreate.com for privacy questions or requests. This notice covers the DeenCreate web service, not unrelated third-party websites.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the service, we process:
- Account information: email address, password hash, verification status, account identifiers, session records, and verification or password-reset records. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
- Project content: uploaded video and audio, prompts, selected passages, scripts, translations, captions, generated images or narration, editing settings, and exported media.
- Billing information: account/customer identifiers, purchased plans, order and subscription status, payment dates, credit usage, and refund records. Payment details are collected by the checkout provider; our application does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Operational information: IP addresses, request and security logs, browser/device information available with requests, processing status, errors, and support correspondence.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, process your requested media, save projects, provide exports, administer subscriptions and credits, send transactional messages, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract for account and processing services; legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention, and service maintenance; legal obligations for required records; and consent where legally required. Some applicable laws may treat information revealing religious beliefs as sensitive. Only submit content you are entitled to provide and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information about yourself or others.
4. Service providers and disclosure
Relevant content is sent to providers needed to perform the feature you choose. Our infrastructure includes hosting and media-processing services; OpenAI for applicable AI tasks; stock-media services such as Pexels for relevant footage searches; and Resend for verification and transactional email. Narration and transcription providers may process the text or audio needed for those tasks. Not every provider receives every project or all account information.
Payment providers or merchants of record receive the account and transaction information needed for checkout, billing, tax, fraud prevention, and refunds. The provider identified in your checkout or receipt applies to your transaction; for Paddle transactions, Paddle also processes information under its own privacy notice.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our terms, or respond to security incidents. Authorized personnel may access relevant data for support, maintenance, and these purposes. We do not sell personal information. We do not publish your private projects merely because you generated them.
6. Retention and security
We retain account and project records as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, and handle support. Temporary uploads, processing files, and generated media can have shorter retention than account records and may be removed through storage cleanup. Download important exports; we do not promise indefinite media storage.
Billing, anti-fraud, dispute, and legally required records may be retained after account closure where necessary. Deleted information can remain in restricted backups until those backups are replaced or removed. Contact us about a specific deletion or retention request.
We use measures including HTTPS, hashed passwords, access restrictions, and verification-code expiry to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the applicable contractual or other lawful transfer mechanisms. Contact us for information about a particular provider or transfer.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; and complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Email support@deencreate.com from your account email to request assistance, account deletion, or a copy of your information. We may ask for proportionate identity verification and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or dispute purposes, which we will explain where applicable. Never send us your password or full card details.
9. Age restrictions and updates
DeenCreate is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We will update this notice when practices change and give appropriate notice of material changes. The date above identifies the current version.
